1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
• Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification will not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Used or assembled gym equipment
• Customized or special-order products
• Clearance or discounted sale items
• Spare parts and consumable accessories
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or installation

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once verified, Modern Fitness may offer:

• Product replacement
• Repair service
• Store credit
• Full or partial refund where applicable

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase, including:

• M-Pesa
• Bank transfer
• Card payment (where applicable)

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
• For large gym equipment, Modern Fitness may arrange collection at an additional transport fee where applicable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will be treated under the standard return policy.

7. Warranty Claims

Selected products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and brand. Warranty claims may qualify for repair or replacement but do not automatically qualify for refunds.
